Lumea telecommunications offers robust, tailored solutions in data services and colocation. We provide carrier grade telecommunications services to wholesale, government, and emergency services organisations.  

Our telco team consists of product, engineering, sales, delivery, and technical teams across data services (fibre), and wireless and mobile solutions for customers to co-locate on our existing Transgrid tower infrastructure. The Lumea telecommunications infrastructure in NSW/ACT includes:  

• 132 Comms Towers 
• 37,000 High Voltage (HV) Towers  
• A Fibre in the Sky (OPGW) network spanning approximately 6,800 kilometres 
• Access up to 200 fibre landing points including public data centres, nbn POIs, substations across NSW and the ACT, and telco connectivity to our partners in Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.

In addition to current infrastructure, we have approximately 2,000 km of additional fibre optic cable and 5,000 HV towers to be built progressively by 2031. Whatever you need, we have it. 

As we grow our network, we’re committed to creating social licence to operate with our telco partners. We are working towards Australia’s Net Zero by 2050 targets, and we support renewable energy providers with critical telco solutions. 

Lumea partners with carriers and government to address regional and rural requirements for business, government, community groups and residential entities.
