Accessing a site
Before you can access a Lumea site, you must complete an online telecommunications site induction course.
This guide outlines how to complete the course.
If you are requesting access for construction purposes fill in the Site Access Request Form and supply the documents listed below. Email all the documents to co-lo.access@lumea.com.au
- Scope of Works (SOW)
- Method of Procedure (MOP)
- Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) - tower climbs and installation work

For urgent access to a TransGrid site outside of business hours, please call the Network Operation Centre (NOC) on 1800 370 733
